SUBAREA TRANSPORTATION PLANNING: A CASE STUDY
This article examines the case history of attempts by Bellevue, Washington -- a Seattle suburb -- to apply regional long range analysis techniques to subarea transportation planning. The purpose is to illustrate the day-to-day problems that arise in an actual subarea planning effort.
