TRANSPORTATION PROJECT EVALUATION AND PRIORITY PROGRAMMING: TECHNIQUES AND CRITERIA
This bibliography is the result of an exhaustive literature search which looks beyond the highway program and identifies both highway and other evaluation and programming methodologies that have application to all modes. Much of the literature deals with maintenance projects.
