ADA Paratransit Service Area Geographic Realignment (2012-19)
The primary objective of the proposed study is to review and analyze the provision of Access Link service in order to identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This research will include analysis of the existing geographical service regions and the methodologies for serving long trips and transfers. In addition, the study will estimate the effects of increasing Access Link’s coverage area beyond ¾ mile of bus routes on service demand and costs.
