DETERMINATION OF THE BEARING CAPACITY OF PILED FOUNDATIONS BY MEANS OF RECOVERABLE PILES HAVING A SMALL CROSS-SECTION
PRIMENENIE INVENTARNYKH SVAJ MALOGO SECHENIYA DLYA OPREDELENIYA NESYSHCHEJ SPOSOBNOSTI SVAJNYKH FUNDAMENTOV
A description is given of recoverable piles developed at the fundamenproek-planning institute (metal tubes with tips having a diameter of 114 mm and a length of 2 M), their driving process, extraction and conduct of loading tests. A method of determining the bearing capacity of the piles based on these tests is outlined. (TRRL)
