DETERMINATION OF THE PERIOD RANGE ASSOCIATED TO THE DESIGN WAVE

The paper presents two new methods of determining the range of periods associated with the design wave. The first is based on the analysis of the extreme wave for each storm recorded, the second on the adaption of the individual wave height/wave period joint distribution previously published by the same authors.
