The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) contracted Transportation Technology Center, Inc. (TTCI) to continue work performed from February 2013 through December 2014 to upgrade the infrastructure and testing capabilities of the Positive Train Control (PTC) Test Bed by converting the existing siding on the Railroad Test Track (RTT) to a signaled siding.
