Study of a Method for Reducing Electromagnetic Vibration and Noise of Motors, Focusing on Axial Mode Shapes of a Stator Core

ステータコアの軸方向モード形状に着目したモータ電磁振動音低減手法の検討

To reduce vibration and noise of motors, restraining vibration induced by electromagnetic force is necessary. In this report, the authors focus attention on axial mode shapes of the stator core and relationships with electromagnetic force harmonics and propose a method to restrain electromagnetic vibration by three-dimensional electromagnetic field construction to change electromagnetic force harmonics amplitudes and phases in the axial direction of the motor. The result of the calculated acoustic power level reduction was obtained by applying one rotor configuration based on the proposed method to an actual motor excited by radial electromagnetic force harmonics.モータ静音化のためには電磁力高調波起因の振動を抑制する必要がある.本報では,ステータコアの軸方向モード形状と電磁力高調波の関係に着目し,振幅,位相が軸方向で変わる三次元電磁場構造による振動抑制手法を提案する.本手法を試験機に適用し,径方向電磁力高調波起因の音響パワーレベルを低減できる計算結果を得た.
