DESARROLLO DE ESTANDARES DE COMPETENCIA PARA LA EVALUACION Y CERTIFICACION DE AUDITORES EN SEGURIDAD VIAL

El estudio tiene por objetivo desarrollar un estandar de competencia (EC) para la evaluacion y certificacion de los auditores de seguridad vial. El EC que se propone es la herramienta fundamental que considera el Sistema Nacional de Competencias (SNC) para tales efectos, siendo el Consejo Nacional de Normalizacion y Certificacion de Competencias Laborales (CONOCER) quien coordina y promueve el SNC. El EC es el documento oficial aplicable en el pais, que funciona como referente para evaluar y certificar la competencia de las personas y describe en terminos de resultados el conjunto de conocimientos, habilidades, destrezas y actitudes a que alude el articulo 45 de la Ley General de Educacion, y que requiere una persona para realizar cualquier actividad en el mercado de trabajo, con un nivel de alto desempeno. Abstract: This study aims to develop a Competency Standard (EC) for the Evaluation and Certification of Road Safety Auditors. The proposed EC is the fundamental tool considered by the National Competence System (SNC) for such purposes, and the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies (CONOCER) coordinates and promotes the CNS. The EC is the official document applicable in the country, which functions as a benchmark to evaluate and certify the competence of the people and describes in terms of results the set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes referred to under Article 45 of the General Law on Education, and that requires a person to perform any activity in the job market, with a high performance level.
