Dynamic Approach to Improvement of Airline Organizational Performances

Dinamički pristup unapređenju organizacijskih performanci zrakoplovne kompanije

The current situation on the air transport market is characterized by strong competition and fast changes. Rapid technological changes and liberalized market increases the importance of dynamic approach to the improvement of organizational performances of an airline. Specifi c items in this process are connected with learning and implementation of crucial principles and differences of traditional and modern organizational forms and reasons for creations and adjustments of organizational structures. Very important is the organizational climate that releases knowledge, skills and motivation of employees especially those with multiple skills. Domino and conflict management concepts followed by responsibility gaps lead to optimization of the organizational culture. They are at the same time effective response to the aviation union activities and challenges with frequent real conflicts and consequences. Proactive dynamic and modern working environment in aviation business models is followed by e-commerce and mathematical optimization modelling activities. Restructuring activities at Croatia Airlines have been analysed by the implementation of the total factor productivity and modifications of the organizational structure which indicates partially positive processes of implementing the dynamic improvement of organizational performances.
