From the analysis of the user perception survey data, it was found that users gave importance to not only for the delay but also for others factors like presence of exclusive right turn lanes, the presence of heavy vehicles, the presence of pedestrians etc. Kruskal–Wallis One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test was carried out to find out the effect of socio-demographic and travel-related characteristics of different vehicle type users on the rating of influencing factors. Only the perceptions of users of motorized two-wheelers, motorized three-wheelers, cars, and buses are considered in this study. Further studies can be carried out to establish user perceived LOS by incorporating the factors identified in this research.
