OBSERVATIONS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF TUCUMCARI (PGH-2) IN U.S. COAST GUARD MISSION ORIENTED TRIALS
The report presents and discusses the observations and data recorded by Center for Naval Analyses observers during the conduct of trials by the U.S. Coast Guard of the U.S. Navy's TUCUMCARI (PGH-2) hydrofoil craft. The primary objectives of these trials were to demonstrate the capabilities and effectiveness of hydrofoil craft in undertaking selected Coast Guard missions. (Author)
