AUTOMATED TRAFFIC RECORDS SYSTEM. PHASE 2. MESSAGE SWITCHING
A model communication system, which integrates automated traffic records and emergency resources inventories with a computerized command and control system, is proposed. The system constraints, requirements, and design concept are described and implementation costs are given. An evaluation of the project study by Justice Research Associates is included.
