Diverse Bicyclists, Diverse Needs: Cycles for Change Community Conversations

This document shares the results of six community listening sessions held in the St. Paul, Minnesota area related to bicycling. In addition, a survey of St. Paul residents was conducted in 2015. Survey data shows that while respondents were interested in riding a bicycle, many did not due to barriers such as affordability. Other themes recurring in the community conversations included the need for bicycle training, the importance of group activities, addressing geographical barriers, and bicycling for fun and leisure.
