Will FAST Act Bring Fast Results?

In this article, the author describes the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, a five-year federal transportation bill signed into law in December 2015. FAST's rail provisions aim to improve rail infrastructure and safety and accelerate the delivery of rail projects. The article presents a series of responses from Catherine Conner, Manager of Federal Government Affairs at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, on the passing of the FAST Act.
