THE SIX-WHEEL WAGON BOGIE
High capacity wagons and higher speeds encourage the use of six-wheel bogies. This calls for careful consideration to matters of overall weight, wheel diameter, suspension and lateral freedom of the middle wheelset to ensure that track twist, riding and wagon tare weight requirements are accommodated.
