TOLERANCE OF BENT-ANGLE BETWEEN RAILWAY STRUCTURES DETERMINED BY RUNNING SAFETY AND RIDING COMFORT
According to the necessity to restrict the amount of bent-angle railway structures for Shin Kansen network, investigation about vehicle acceleration, wheel load variance and lateral load which occur at angular-bent section is made using the adequate vehicle model, and the allowable values for bent-angle determined by running safety and riding comfort are proposed.
