Quality of Work of Station for Technical Inspection of Vehicles Depending on Activities of Chief Engineer
This paper shows the obligations of chief engineer at stations for technical inspection of vehicles (STPV) as authorized person, both through legal obligations and through requirements of internal acts in the company and the standard ISO 9001: 2008. Through tables and graphs changes in the number of staff in the period 2011th-2014th are shown, as well as the specifics of the job through layoffs and changing of firms, with proposed measures and conclusions. Any change of working environment inevitably affects on quality of work of authorized personnel at station for technical inspection of vehicles and safety of traffic as well.
