NOISE SUPPRESSING SCREEN OF ALUMINUM--A SWEDISH WORLD NOVELTY

A sound-absorbing noise suppressing screen of aluminum sheet with a rockwool mat constructed by Granges Essem will be tested this autumn on the Essingeleden in Stockholm. With regard to appearance the new type of noise protection can be adjusted to the environment, it will be relatively cheap and halves the sound volume.
