TRANSPORTATION, FUEL AND THE PRESIDENT'S ENERGY MESSAGE

On April 18, 1973, President Nison issued his Energy Message. It contains a number of significant decisions that will impact upon both the supply and demand side of the energy equation. These decisions are summarized in this article.
