Leading with Innovation at the Helm

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has been working for over a decade to improve facilities and services by focusing on customer service, leadership, performance measurement, and management. Using practical solutions, KYTC has improved the quality of projects with context-sensitive planning. This method has led to the successful implementation of many projects. KYTC is working to develop performance metrics to assist in communication with the public. Public trust will help ensure that the agency is able to allocate resources to critical projects.
