ENHANCEMENTS AND APPLICATIONS OF THE CEMENT QUALITY PREDICTIVE SYSTEM
セメント品質予測システムの拡張と適用
The authors developed a cement quality predictive system¹ and it enabled the prediction of cement properties from its characteristics. In this study they operated this system, and it was concluded that it should be operated by each plant to predict properties accurately from characteristics. Moreover the authors enhanced this system to raise the prediction accuracy, and it was enabled to relate process data, characteristics and properties mutually. These results will make it possible to control properties from not only characteristics but process conditions, leading to the establishment of more stable quality control than ever.前報¹にて、セメント品質を予測するシステムの構築を行い、セメントキャラクターからそのプロパティーを予測することに成功した。本報告では、システムの実運用の結果、キャラクターとプロパティーをより良く関係付けるためには、工場単位でシステムを運用するべきとの結論を得た。また、さらなる予測精度向上のためにシステムを拡張し、プロセスデータ、キャラクターおよびプロパティーを相互に関連付けることを可能とした。これにより、キャラクターのみならず、プロセス条件から、プロパティーを制御することが可能になり、これまで以上に品質の安定化が達成される見込みを得た。
