THE PROPOSAL OF REPAIRING MATERIAL USED ON UPPER SURFACE DAMAGE AND EVALUATION OF FATIGUE RESISTANCE IN A REPAIRING-CYCLES
RC床版の上面損傷に用いる補修材の提案および補修サイクルにおける耐疲労性の評価
In this study, the authors newly proposed patch repair materials and repair method of RC slab with top surface damage, and wheel running load fatigue test were carried out on test specimens given primary, secondly and tertiary repair to evaluate the fatigue resistance of repair-cycle. The result showed that, the repair method using Ultra rapid fiber cement mortar of two types and high durability type epoxy resin adhesion proposed this study showed high resistance to the crack and Peeling in a repair interface and advancement of fatigue resistance proved than the traditional repair method using Ultra rapid cement mortar. Repair-cycle was possible to two cycles, but in three cycles the authors proposed taking the measure for improving a load carrying capacity.本研究は、新規にRC床版の上面損傷用の補修材・補修法を提案し、輪荷重走行疲労実験を実施し、補修サイクルにおける耐疲労性を評価した。その結果、従来から使用されている超速硬セメントモルタル(URCM)を用いた補修法に比して本提案する2タイプの超速硬繊維補強セメントモルタル(URFCM)を用いた接着剤塗布型補修法は、補修界面のはく離やひび割れに高い抵抗性を示し、従来のURCMを用いた補修法に比して、耐疲労性が向上する結果となった。また、補修サイクルにおいては2次までの補修が可能となるが、再々損傷においては耐荷力性能を向上するための補強対策を講じることを提案する。
