South Florida Freight Advanced Traveler Information System: Architecture and Implementation Options Summary Report
This Final Architecture and Design report has been prepared to describe the structure and design of all the system components for the South Florida Freight Advanced Traveler Information System (FRATIS) Demonstration Project. More specifically, this document provides: (1) Detailed descriptions of the selected architecture implemented in the South Florida Region; (2) A summary of the Agile development process; and (3) Software development testing procedures, technologies selected for system development, and open-source development protocols for the South Florida FRATIS prototype.
