EXPERIMENTS TO DETERMINE THE DYNAMIC MODULUS OF ELASTICITY OF RAILWAY BALLAST

A description is given of load-plate tests and measurements carried out on behalf of the German Federal Railway by the Institute for the Construction of Land Trafficways at Munich Technical University, and first deductions are drawn from the data obtained.
