Cycle Regulations Review - Final Report

This document examines possible legislative changes for bicycles in Great Britain. It begins with a review of existing legislation and standards related to the construction, sale and use of bicycles, including electrically assisted pedal cycles (EAPCs), in Great Britain. Next accident data and the societal role of cycling are examined. Options for change in legislation for lights, reflectors, brakes, bells, EAPCs, and pedicabs are reviewed with cost benefit analyses and impact assessments.
