Sideswipe Crash Test of Two 2010 Toyota Yaris Sedans at 70 MPH Closing Speed

This article reports results of a crash test to determine the aggressiveness of a 2010 Toyota Yaris 4-door sedan and the vehicle and occupant response of a target vehicle, also a Toyota Yaris 4-door sedan, in vehicle-to-vehicle angle impact mode. Among the results, the target vehicle sustained a maximum 420 mm of static crush, while the bullet vehicle sustained a maximum 354 mm of static crush.
