Last summer our country (Belgium) passed the seven million cape of motorized vehicles. Combined with a lamentable regional planning and it is no surprise that our country is the congestion champion of Europe, with Antwerp and Brussels at the top. "And yet," says Chris Tampère, "with all the asphalt there is, we can do better."
