Handover Performance Evaluation in WAVE Testbed
In worldwide, WAVE technology has been developed and implemented in real field. WAVE is recommended as a solution for the emergency message service between V2V/V2I. In this paper, handover experimental results for WAVE are shown for V2I seamless service. Since the test is done under various obstacles, handover Ping-Pong phenomenon are observed. An improved algorithm is studied to prevent those problems.
