Power Struggle
This article explores the growing problem of "charger-squatting"-- parking an non-charging electric vehicle at a charger for hours or days. Efforts to discourage this practice being implemented in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, California, Ann Arbor, Michigan, Boulder, Colorado, Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport and the University of Massachusetts Medical School are described.
