Brazil : transit for the World Cup and beyond

With several new stadium still to be completed in time for the 2014 World Cup, concurrent infrastructure work was perhaps inevitably going to take a back seat. Mike Taplin looks at progress across Brazil, and asks whether any of the light rail projects will be ready for the footballing masses.
