Regulatory Impact Analysis: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards and Highway Diesel Fuel Sulfur Control Requirements
This Regulatory Impact Analysis assesses the feasibility, costs, benefits, cost effectiveness, and other issues associated with the Environmental Protection Agency’s finalized program that sets new federal emission standards for heavy-duty vehicles and places limits on the level of sulfur in diesel fuel.
