PREVENTION OF SLIME FORMATION IN WATER PIPE OF CAR COOLER BY MEANS OF GERMICIDE--LABORATORY AND FIELD TEST OF VENZETONIUM CHLORIDE
To prevent slime adhesion in the water pipe of a railway car cooler, harmless dosage has been developed using benzetonium chloride as germicidal agent. From the results of laboratory and field tests, it is concluded that the dosage is very effective in practice and by using the dosage, it is possible to save much labor for washing inside of the water pipe.
