Optimization of Jin-Shan Suburban Railway Operation Plan Based on Passenger Characteristics
Current problems of transportation organization are raised after analyzing the situation of the Jin-Shan suburban railway (JSR) operation. Suburban passenger characteristics are analyzed through a large number of questionnaires. Next, based on influence factors -- such as passenger volume, fixed equipment, and train scheme method -- the train scheme and operation plan are optimized in the condition of collinear running trains. Finally, the effect of an optimized operation plan is analyzed.
