Project Green Light: Moving Minnesota’s Critical Transportation Improvements Forward

This report lists 50 transportation improvement projects critical to Minnesota. Each project is designated with a green, yellow or red light to indicate predicted 2019 funding level. Green light projects are likely to have funding by 2019, yellow light - partial funding or uncertain, and red light - not likely to have funding. The projects address road, highway, bridge and transit improvements.
