Employer Views on Traffic Congestion
This brief presents the results of a national telephone survey of 1,000 businesses completed in 2008 focusing on the impacts of traffic congestion on employers. Survey topics included employee commutes, shipping delays, customer satisfaction, current location advantages and relocation considerations, and suggestions for congestion improvement.
