#Booyah! The Passing of Pennsylvania’s Transportation Bill
“Booyah!” has to be the funniest tweet Orla Pease received upon hearing the news that Senate Bill 1, Pennsylvania’s transportation bill, had passed. Since she is an optimist by nature, she refused to believe at any point during the past two years that such an important bill would not have been passed. Surely the politicians and various parties understood the importance of transportation funding reform? After all, bridges are still falling down, highways are in disrepair, and poorly timed traffic signals often still operate with equipment that should be in a museum.
