Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Keystone XL Project. Volume VII - Appendices A, B, C, D, E, F, and G
On May 4, 2012, TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, LP (Keystone) filed a Presidential Permit application for a new Keystone XL Project with the United States Department of State for the proposed construction, connection, operation, and maintenance of a pipeline and associated facilities at the United States border for importation of crude oil from Canada. This volume includes the following appendices: governor approval in Nebraska, potential releases and pipeline safety; market analysis supplemental information, waterbody crossing tables, programmatic agreement, scoping summary report, and construction mitigation and reclamation plan.
