INVERTERS FOR THE SERVICE SYSTEM OF LOCOMOTIVE E103 OF THE GERMAN FEDERAL RAILWAYS

BORDNETZ-WECHSELRICHTER FUER DIE SERIENLOKOMOTIVE E103

The battery supply voltage is converted to a square-wave alternating voltage of 220 V by two inverters arranged in a controlled bridge connection. This voltage meets the various requirements of the service system.
