sultados obtenidos para el caso de los usuarios que viajan por motivo de trabajo, confirman el rezago en la valoracion del tiempo por parte de los pasajeros de la region Sur-Sureste. Por ultimo, los valores estimados por sector muestran que el sector primario presento los valores mas bajos, $22.52/h, para viajes de trabajo y $13.51/h en viajes de placer. Se incluyen conclusiones, cuadros y figuras. Abstract : This paper reviews a methodology to evaluate Mexican roads passenger time, which was developed at the Mexican Transport Institute. The methodology uses the hourly value of travel time as function of average hourly salaries; the main inputs are the current general minimum salary, working population with income, working hours for week, and income expressed in minimum salary. This methodology has been applied since 2006 to estimate the value for national, regional and sector appraisals, for Mexican situation. The data base of inputs, have changed in 2010 (Censo de Población y Vivienda 2010), then is necessary to do a revision about the equations of FIP and SHP and get the national value for working and leisure trip. The national value in 2012 for an hour in a working trip was $34.41 (Mexican pesos), while the value for an hour in leisure trip was $20.64 In the regional scope, the methodology was applied to the regions proposed in the National Program of Infrastructure 2007-2012. The results obtained confirm a low valuation of the time by the passengers of the South-Southeastern region, such as this region presented a value of $30.60/h in working trip. For sector appraisal, the evaluation shows the primary sector with the lowest values, $22.52/h for working trips and $13.51/h for leisure trips. Included conclusions, tables and figures.
