POWER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS OF THE LOCAL RAILROAD SYSTEM IN THE REGION OF FRANKFURT ON THE MAIN, WEST GERMANY.

DIE BAHNSTROMANLAGEN DER NAHVERKEHRSSTRECKEN IM RAUM FRANKFURT (MAIN)

A system is described which is expected to be ready for operation in 1978. The system is designed to facilitate traffic at maximum efficiency and have good connection with the existing urban transit system. The electrification of the new system is discussed.
