Complex jurisdictional issues, ranging from enforcement of maritime claims to detailed analyses of conditions of arrest ships, as well as reconsideration of wrongful arrest, beneficial ownership, and forum non-convenience and jurisdiction of English courts limitations, are tackled in volume one. Volume two analyzes issues regarding maritime law of contract, tort, criminal law, causation, and remoteness of damages.
