EVALUATION OF THE FATIGUE RESISTANCE OF RC SLABS STRENGTHENED BY BONDING CFS, CFSS LATTICES, AND PROPOSAL OF AN S-N CURVE EQUATION

CFS・CFSS格子接着補強したRC床版の耐疲労性の評価およびS-N曲線式の提案

In this study the failure mechanisms and fatigue resistance were evaluated for the CFS and CFSS strengthening methods using two types of RC (reinforced concrete) slab test specimens. The results showed that compared with the equivalent number of running loads on an RC slab, strengthening effect of a factor of 18.7 was obtained for 1/2 model of RC slab test specimen reinforced with CFS bonding, and a factor of 20.6 for 3/5 model of RC slab. Also, for RC slabs reinforced with CFSS lattice bonding, strengthening effects of a factor of 21.1 and 25.3 respectively were obtained, so the CFS and the CFSS lattice bonding methods were highly evaluated for fatigue resistance. Next, the conformance with the S-N curve equation was obtained for a 1/2 model of CFS bonded reinforced RC slab and a 3/5 model of CFS bonded reinforced RC slab. It is now possible therefore to estimate the life of CFS reinforced RC slabs.本研究は、2タイプのRC床版供試体を用いてCFSおよびCFSS補強法における破壊メカニズムおよび耐疲労性を評価した。その結果、RC床版の等価走行回数に比して、CFS接着補強したRC床版供試体は実橋床版の1/2モデルとしたRC床版が18.7倍、3/5モデルとしたRC床版が20.6倍の補強効果が得られた。また、CFSS格子接着補強したRC床版の場合は、それぞれ21.1倍、25.3倍の補強効果が得られ、CFSおよびCFSS格子接着補強法は耐疲労性が評価される補強法である。次に、1/2モデルとしたCFS接着補強したRC床版と3/5モデルとしたCFS接着補強したRC床版のS-N曲線式との整合性が得られた。よって、CFS補強RC床版の寿命推定が可能となった。
