THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES CONCRETE USING ADMIXTURE FOR HIGH STRENGTH PRECAST CONCRETE
高強度混和材を使用した高強度コンクリートの物性
Confirmation of the physical properties of concrete using admixture with silica fume as the principal ingredient for high strength precast concrete. The purpose is production of high-strength precast concrete for specified concrete strength 100N/mm² class. Confirmation of physical properties of concrete using different types of cement indoors. Application of production in manufacturing facilities and confirmation of concrete durability using moderate heat portland cement is carried out. As results, concrete becomes the good fresh properties, compressive strength more than 100N/mm² and highly durable concrete by adding admixture for high strength precast concrete, to concrete. The authors were able to confirm production in manufacturing facilities is possible.本研究では、設計基準強度100N/mm² 以上の高強度PCaコンクリート部材の製造を目的としてシリカフュームを主材料とする無機系高強度混和材の開発を行った。高強度混和材を種類が異なるセメントに添加した場合のコンクリートの物性および耐久性を室内試験によって確認し、その後、高強度混和材を中庸熱ポルトランドセメントに対して10%添加したコンクリートの実機製造を行った。その結果、高強度混和材を添加したコンクリートは、フレッシュ性状が良好で、100N/mm²以上の圧縮強度および高い耐久性を有しており、さらに実機設備で製造できることを確認した。
