Towards CO₂ Reduction in Repair, Demolition and Recycling of Concrete Structures
“Subcommittee for survey research on technology for demolition, reuse, and repair of concrete structures taking CO₂ reduction into account” was set up by the Concrete Committee of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers in order to evaluate the CO₂ uptake by crushed waste concrete and to investigate the methods of reducing environmental impacts of the repair for existing concrete structures. These activities are summarised here.
