The Improvement of the Quality of the Concrete Structure by a New Evaluation Method on the Surface Quality using the Visual Test
コンクリート構造物の品質向上と表層品質評価手法
The surface quality of the concrete structure is very important, because it would decide the durability performance of concrete structures. And the surface quality would be greatly influenced by the skill of construction. But now, the PDCA cycle for improving the quality doesn't rotate well, since the rationalized evaluation method on the surface quality has not existed. Therefore, a new evaluation method on the surface quality using the visual test has been studied in order to evaluate correctly and to improve the quality of concrete structures. This paper describes the existing problem of evaluation methods, any details on a new evaluation method and its effects.コンクリート構造物の表層部分は,構造物の耐久性に大きな影響を及ぼす重要な部位であり,かつ表層部自身の品質は施工要因の影響を大きく受ける。しかしながら,表層品質を合理的に評価する手法がないために,施工の良し悪しを踏まえ,次の施工に反映して改善していくPDCAサイクルが十分に運用できていない。そこで,より品質の高いコンクリート構造物の構築に向けて,コンクリート構造物の表層部の品質をコンクリート表面部の目視調査に基づいて簡単かつ合理的に評価する方法について検討している。本稿では,コンクリート構造物の評価に関する現状の課題を指摘し,新しい評価手法の内容とその効果について紹介する。
