EVALUATION OF DURABILITY PERFORMANCE OF SEDIMENT PAVEMENT BY EXPERIMENTAL PAVEMENT ON SITE

試験舗装による土砂系舗装材料の供用性能評価

In order to clarify durability performance of sediment pavement, the evaluation test by several kinds of materials in a laboratory, and the time series investigation for about two years by the experimental pavement constructed with some materials in the university farm of Tottori University were carried out. As a result, the next conclusion about durability performance of the material of sediment pavement was obtained. The damage to the road surface in sediment pavement has a high possibility that the characteristic of the material which forms a road surface rules over. Also, sediment pavement which improved original soil by caustic lime or foamed asphalt has an effect which controls vibration. The moisture condition inside sediment pavement has influence of the water management of a paddy field rather than the amount of precipitation. 土砂系舗装の供用性能を明らかにするために,まず,数種類の材料について室内で評価試験を実施した.次に,その材料を使って鳥取大学付属農場内にて試験舗装を構築し,約2年間にわたり追跡調査を行った.その結果,土砂系舗装では路面を形成する材料の特性が路面の損傷を支配する可能性が高いこと,現状土を石灰やフォームドアスファルトで改良した土砂系舗装は振動抑制効果が期待できること,土砂系舗装の路床内部の含水状態には降水よりも水田水管理の方が影響が大きいこと等,各種土砂系舗装材料の供用性能が明らかとなった.
