A Study of Acceleration/Deceleration Model Based on the Time Variation of Road Curvature Ahead
自車前方コース曲率の時間変化に応じた加減速モデルの検討
A new deceleration model prior to entry into a curve based on G-Vectoring concept was developed. In this model, the predicted lateral jerk, which will act on the vehicle during cornering, is used to decelerate the vehicle. Using the curvature of the road ahead, lateral jerk can be predicted according to the alteration of this curvature from moment to moment. It is confirmed that the deceleration calculated by this model can imitate the deceleration caused by the driver's braking. This model will be useful to improve the deceleration feeling of the auto-brake control system prior to entry into a curve.カーブ前自動減速制御に対するフィーリング向上のため,G-Vectoringを応用したカーブ前減速モデルを検討し,ドライバの減速操作と比較した.結果,自車両前方のカーブ曲率の時間変化を用いた新たなカーブ前減速モデルを開発し,本モデルにより,ドライバ操作に近い減速開始位置,減速度変化を実現できる見通しを得た.
