Wire Cutting of CFRP Sandwich Panel
CFRPサンドイッチパネルの試作とそのワイヤカット放電加工
The processing technology in the honeycomb made of CFRP core and the electric discharge machining of wire cutting technology of the sandwich made of CFRP panel were developed aiming at the production of the monocoque frame with the CFRP sandwich panel in the electric vehicle and the hybrid-power car. It was developed that as the production of the CFRP honeycomb core made of the silicone rubber molding (SR method) and foam material insert construction molding (FMI method). In case of the condition that carbon fiber is contained 60% or more it, CFRP was able to be cut by electric discharge machining. The speed of cutting electric discharge machining of CFRP was about 1/3 of the aluminums. The sandwich made of CFRP panel was able to be cut by electric discharge machining of the wire cutting.600kPaの内圧を付与するバルジ成形法により発泡材を間に挟んだサンドイッチ構造の2重CFRP角パイプを作製した.ゴム型・発泡スチロール材インサート法でCFRPハニカムコアを作製しこれを用いていて全CFRPサンドイッチパネル作製した.両者のCFRPサンドイッチ構造体を20V~80Vでワイヤーカット放電加工することができた.
