Construct Humanized Off-site Enforcement System for Road Traffic Management
To increase the score of traffic violations for motor vehicle drivers trigger social hot debate. The focus is the science of off-site enforcement evidence. The author discusses from the law content, evidence characteristics, problem analysis, coping strategies, and puts forward the idea of sustainable development for off-site enforcement.
