Data Consistency of Multi-Resolution Traffic Simulation Systems
The paper introduces Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern in hybrid traffic simulation modeling based on Multi-Resolution Model (MRM). It designs the architecture of Hybrid Traffic Simulation System (HTSS) based on MVC pattern. And it bases the data structure model of HTSS in memory and the table structure model of HTSS in spatial database with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity-Relationship (ER). In addition, the paper presents three ways to resolve the consistencies of data and logic, which include data structure design, architecture design, and controller design in HTSS. Finally, a case is exemplified to prove that the architecture and structure are available in HTSS.
